Session Proposals: Once a group of co-presenters is pre-determined, you would be able to submit an abstract in to the abstract management system that links to the same subject matter. Please follow the instructions on the about session proposals.
* Please note that there must be a minimum of 3 presenters and a maximum of 5 presenters per group.
If you are submitting a proposal for a session, please choose track 7 entitled “Session Proposals”.
Then, please indicate the title of your proposed session in the title box. Please include the session description in the abstract box. The session description should provide relevant information on the session’s rationale and expectations. Please add details of all your co-presenters in your proposed session, using the additional authors facility. Please select the track pertaining to your proposed session in the topics section. Finally, include your own name as session Co-ordinator in the Session Submissions section. Please note to register your own abstract as part of the session you should complete a separate abstract submission form as below.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS AS PART OF A PROPOSED SESSION
If you are submitting an abstract as a participant in a proposed session, please choose track 7 entitled “Session Proposals”. Then please indicate both the title of your proposed session and the title of your individual abstract in the title box. Include only your own abstract description in the abstract box. Include co-authors on your abstract in the authors’ section. Please select the track pertaining to your proposed session in the topics section. Finally, quote the name of the session co-ordinator in the Session Submissions section.
